Show Me

I was told about a great little piece of software that is free and online.  It is called Show Me.  The website lets you download software to create a slideshow/movie.  After creating it, you can upload it to the website and tag it.

If you visit the site, you will see that you can search for and view uploaded slideshow/movies in various subjects: Math, Science, Language, English, Social Studies and Music.  Videos that have been uploaded are created by students and teachers.

This piece of software helps with those who are visual and auditory learners.  But it can also help those who are kinesthetic in the fact that they can create a video…and we know that if you teach someone something, you learn it better yourself.

I think this is a valuable resources for any student.

I have embedded a video of a student showing the differences between too, two and to as an example.
